ARES 2019

In August at ARES 2019 conference a 5G-NS workshop has taken place in Canterbury, UK (https://2019.ares-conference.eu/workshops/5g-ns-2019/index.html ).This was an event which IoRL helped to co-organize together with 5G Ensure project under 5G IA Security working group umbrella.

It consisted of 2 sessions, one keynote (by Prof. Raimo Kantola from Aalto University, Finland)

and 5 regular papers. Among papers presented there was a paper entitled “Sniffing Detection within the Network: Revisiting Existing and Proposing Novel Approaches” authored by WUT team which documents IoRL security results and presented by Mr. Piotr Żórawski .

IoRL project has been also presented during the workshop and it stirred a lot of interest and people are keen to see its final results.
