IoRL major integration step accomplished

At the end of May 2019 a major integration step of the IoRL project has been completed, which integrates components from two technology providers of the consortium, the RunEL DRAN and RRLH controller and the Viavi L2 processor and UE. A first working end-to-end platform from SDN basestation L3, L2, L1 to UE L1, L2, L3 has been verified at Viavi lab.
